Annunciator Lights Flashcards
APU GEN OFF
Indicates APU is operating but APU generator is not in use
L, R) AC BUS OFF
Indicates generator bus is not powered
(L, R) GEN OFF
Indicates generator relay is open disconnecting generator from its bus.*
(L, R) CSD OIL PRESS LOW
Indicates oil pressure in CSD is below operating limits
EMER LIGHT NOT ARMED
Indicates EMER LTS Switch is in the OFF position
AC CROSSTIE LOCKOUT
Indicates AC crosstie relay is locked open and automatic AC crosstie is inoperative.
BATTERY OFF
Indicates BATT Switch is in the OFF position.
DC TRANSFER BUS OFF
Indicates DC Transfer Bus is not powered. Bus is normally powered from Left or Right DC Bus, or battery, in that order.
DC BUS OFF
Indicates either Left or Right DC Bus is not powered.*
(L, R) ENG ANTI-ICE ON
Indicates engine anti-ice system is on. NOTE When any engine anti-ice valve is open, ENG ANTI-ICE ON Light will illuminate regardless of ENG Anti-ice Switch position.
WING ANTI-ICE ON
Indicates anti-ice heat has been selected for wing leading edge and forward strakes.
BATTERY CHARGER
Indicates battery charger has failed.
(L, R) ICE PROTECT TEMP HIGH
Indicates air delivered to pneumatic crossfeed duct is above normal operating temperature, indicating malfunction of temperature control system.*
AIRFOIL ICE PROT PRESS ABNORMAL
Indicates low or unbalanced pressure in wing and strakes or low pressure in duct to horizontal stabilizer. With Air Foil Anti-Ice Switch in the OFF position, indicates malfunction of ice protection pressure regulator
(L, R) ICE PROTECT TEMP LOW
Indicates air delivered to pneumatic crossfeed duct is below normal operating temperature due to low engine thrust or a malfunction in temperature control system
(L, R) ENG VALVE
Indicates disagreement between engine anti-ice valves and switch position.
TAIL DE-ICE ON
Indicates de-icing that has been selected for the leading edge of horizontal stabilizer.
PITOT / STALL HEATER OFF
Indicates Meter Sel & Heater Selector is in the OFF position. With selector in any other position, indicates loss of electrical power to one or more pitot tube or stall angle of attack vane heaters.*
ICE PROTECT SUPPLY PRESS HI
Indicates excessive duct pressure (above 22 psi) from malfunction of ice protection pressure regulating valve.*
(L, R) FUEL HEAT ON
Indicates shutoff valve in engine bleed air supply line to air / fuel heat exchanger is open.
ENG SYNC ON
Indicates ENG SYNC Selector is in N1 or N2 position when Gear Handle is in DOWN position.
(L, R) OIL STRAINER CLOGGING
Indicates an excessive differential pressure across main engine oil system filter.*
(L, R) OIL PRESS LOW
Indicates low engine oil pressure.*
(L, R) INLET FUEL PRESS LOW
Indicates low fuel supply pressure at engine.*
(L, R) FUEL FILTER PRESS DROP
Indicates a differential pressure at main engine fuel system filter.*
ART INOP
Indicates a failure in system that causes automatic reserve thrust to be unavailable, or ART Switch is in the OFF position.*
