A
Ankylosing spondylitis is a seronegative inflammatory arthritis, primarily involving the axial skeleton

AS clinical presentations
A
- lower back pain – early morning stiffness (gets better with activity)
- Tenderness of the sacroiliac joints and limited range of spinal motion on examination

Anterior uveitis
Aortic insuff.

IgA Nephropathy
