used to control over-pronation of the foot. It controls the subtalar joint better than the low Dye taping. It is indicated for tibialis posterior tendinitis, painful rigid flatfoot due to subtalar coalition or peroneal spasms, and ankle sprains and strains.

used to limit eversion or inversion of the rearfoot. They are indicated for ankle sprains/strains.
J strap tapings
used to limit inversion and eversion of the rearfoot. It is indicated for ankle sprains/strains.
ankle stirrup taping
used to maintain the foot in slight dorsiflexion to prevent overuse of the extensor tendons during contact period.
This taping is used for tibialis anterior tendinitis, extensor tendinitis or anterior ankle strain/sprain.
