A

MOI: unexpected violent DF, from hit or fall from uneven surface occurs with WB forefoot pushing off w/knee in flexion

Signs: kicked in the calf feeling , pain and swelling in heel inability to push off when walking

A

MOI: overtraining change in surface flat feet high arch tight Hamstrings or calf , poor eccentric strength

Signs: pain and stiffness swelling decreased strength and ROM at ankle sudden sharp pain
