A - Extend 1st toe and dorsiflex

O - Upper 2/3 of tibia
I - Medial cuneiform and base of 1st MT

A - Dorsiflexion and inversion

O - Proximal half IO membrane, tibia and fibula
I - Navicular, cuneiform and base of MT 2-5
N - Tibial nerve
A - Inversion and plantarflexion
Flexor Digitorum Longus
O - Middle 1/3 of tibia
I - Distal base of phalanges 2-5 (plantar surface)
N - Tibial nerve
A - Flexes toes( 4), and some plantar flexion
