8. DUPLICATE FRAME
9. BUILD TWEENS
10. Loop forever, set FRAME DELAY

2. Select layer
3. Right click timeline
4. Select MATCH LAYERS ACROSS FRAME
5. Match layer: layer position, layer visibility or layer style
