Angioprotectors Flashcards
1
Q
Angioprotectors:
A
are used in various pathological processes involving lesions of the walls of arteries, veins and capillaries in the presence of atherosclerosis, diabetes, infectious, radiation, systemic and trophic diseases and intoxications.
2
Q
Angioprotectors ( Drugs )
A
Pyricarbate, Etamzilat, Detralex, Escuzan, Calcium dobesilate
3
Q
Pyricarbate
A
- Competitive antagonist of bradykinin and kallikrein, —- Reduces the tone of the endothelial cells of blood vessels
- Administered orally,
4
Q
Etamzilat and Calcium dobesilate
A
- increase the formation of mucopolysaccharides of high molecular weight in the capillary walls
- increase the stability of capillaries, normalizing their permeability in diabetic lesions, improve microcirculation
- have a hemostatic effect associated with the activation of the formation of thromboplastin
- stimulates the formation of blood coagulation factor III, normalizes platelet adhesion
5
Q
Escuzan
A
- Reduces capillary permeability, increases the tone of the venous vessels &reduces inflammation.
- Used as a venous and antithrombotic agent for venous congestion and varicose veins of the lower extremities, hemorrhoids, leg ulcers.
