Ass not transient myocardial ischemia (> demand)
Lasts 5s to 15 minutes
No necrosis

Due to ath/excitement/stress/PA
Deep/high P/burning/squeezing pain
Tx- vasoD and rest

A
Uncommon
Chronic Aa spasm
Not ass. To heart rate/BP/PA
Tx- vasoD

Crescendo unstable angina
A
Frequent and prolonged discomfort >20 mins
Pain at rest
Due to ath plaque rupture/vasospasm/embolisation of thrombus
Some myocardial necrosis and can lead to MI
