3 criteria to diagnose typical angina?
A
- Pain precipitated by exertion
- Pain relieved on rest/nitrate spray
- Constricting pain radiating to jaw or down the left arm

Stepwise Mx of angina?
A
- Rate-limiting Ca channel blocker/B-blocker
- Ca channel blocker (dihydropyridine) + B-blocker
- Add ranolazine/nicorandil/ivabradine/isosorbide mononitrate
- PCI
Titrate medication to maximum dose tolerated before going onto next Tx plan
