What is a way to deal with anger?
A
- asking a person that you did wrong to forgive your for your anger against them ( you will therefore find it hard to get angry with them knowing you don’t want to humble yourself again)
- if a certain situation or person triggers your anger, stay away from them.
- think before reacting
