度: typically meant to count degrees (only time its used to count occurrences, it usually only goes up to 4)
for example, a common phrase is “もう二度としない” meaning I will never do it again.
with that being said もう一度 and もう 一回 are the same
but anything outside of that, its safe to use 一回
for example:

used to indicate a precise time or date.

used when referring to an action taking place
when its a non-action related location, use に
