General anchorage
1- off cherry pt. Circular with .8nm radius. Centered between Alden bank and 2nm off Neptune beach. 9-31 fm deep with mud Sand and shell bottom
Pt Roberts
Temporary anchorage W of pt. Roberts in 8 fathoms of water. Good holding ground with mud and shells
Semiahoo bay
On NW side of semiahoo spit affording protecting from the S and SE winds. 3.5-9 fathoms. Mud bottom.
Drayton Hrb
2.5fm deep, sticky mud bottom. Anchoring in shoal water is not recommended due to floating debris and vegetation clogging intakes.
Birch bay
Between pt. Whitehorn and birch pt. Affording some protection from the N but is open to the SW. 4-5fm deep mud bottom
Patos island
Active cove is a good anchorage for small vsls with local knowledge
Sucia island
Echo bay near the head of the bay small vsls with local knowledge can find good anchorage in 4-5fm sand and mud bottom. Fossil bay- state park and recreation area for small craft anchorage and float pier in 1fathom
