North side of bay. Boundary starts at 47-17.5N/ 122-25.1 W then 180 for .23nm then 270 for .7nm then 000 for .3nm then 095 for 0.7nm back to start.
Depths range from 8-50 fathoms with mud bottom

Large ship anchorage

Large ships regularly anchor in commencement bay outside of the general anchorage between the mouth of the Blair and sitcum waterways and off middle waterway. 40 fathoms deep with mud bottom. Large ships also anchor off Ruston and quartermaster hrb when the other anchorages are full
