What are the subdivisions of the nephron?
Renal corpuscle; a tubular system
What makes up the renal corpuscle?
glomerulus, renal capsule
Follow blood through to renal capsule
Blood enters afferent arterioles, passes thru glomerulus, leaves by efferent arterioles, leaving the blood, fluid collects in renal capsule.
What are parts of renal tubule?
Proximal convoluted tubule, renal loop (of Henle), distal convoluted tubule.
what is the hollow sac within the sinus of the kidney called?
renal pelvis
What are the ureters?
Tubes that connect kidneys to bladder.
How is urine moved?
peristalsis

organ that stores urine
