A

Ligamentum teres - obliterated umbilical vein
Falciform ligament - conducts umbilical vein to liver
Ligamentum venosum - ductus venosus - umbilical vein to ivc
Extension to right - coronary ligament
Extension to left - left triangular ligament
Bare area without peritoneal covering - in posterosuperior aspect

Congenital abnormalities of liver

A

Liver cysts
Peribiliary cysts: around hilum cyst
Adpkd: normal lft as compared to arpkd: not associated with hepatic fibrosis
Biliary hamartoma: von meyenberg complexes: small dilated groups of biliary ducts in collagenous stroma, showing ring down artifact sometime, can also be hypoechoic
