What is the external ear also known as ?
Auricle or Pinna
Where does the external ear include ?
Goes all the way up to the tympanic membrane (ear drum)

Cerumen glands.

What separates the external ear from the middle ear ?
The tympanic membrane
Where is the Helix on the ear ?
Where the tragus located?

The auricle has 3 associated extrinsic muscles; what are they and where are they located?
1- Anterior auricular – Pulls ear upwards and forwards
2- Superior auricular – Elevates ear
3- Posterior auricular – Retracts and elevates ear
Where is the concha on the ear ?
The external acoustic meatus is not straight, how does it sit within the ear ?
From the concha, it passes upwards anteriorly, then upwards posteriorly, and then anteriorly downwards.
