Systematic approach and regional approach
Study all of the blood vessels or all of the muscles or all of the bones at once
Systematic approach
All anatomical structures of a specific region are all studied together
Regional approach
Is the study of the fertilized egg developing into its adult form

The first 8 weeks of development after fertilization of a human egg

Study of individual cells
Cytology
Is the study of anatomical changes due to disease
Pathology
Is a postmortem examination of the body and dissection of its internal organs to confirm or determine the cause of death
