NA: dysphagia, dysarthria, hoarsness, paresis of isilateral palatal muscles
SL: Contralateral loss of pain/temp
Lesions may extend medially to ML and Solitary Nucleus
SN: Ipsilateral anesthesia of palate and pharynx, taste sensation of 1/2 tongue, gag reflex impaired

SL:Contralateral hemianalgesia
Descending tract of V: ipsilateral loss of pain/temp to face
Alternating hemianalgesia: One side of face and opposite side of body
Motor reflexes WNL
