Superomedial: Semitendinosus & Semimembranosus
Superolateral: Biceps Femporis
Inferiorly: Medial and Lateral Heads of gastrocnemius
Floor: Popliteus, Femur
Roof: Fascia and skin

Contents:
- Popliteal artery and Vein
- Sciatic (Tibial and common peroneal nerves)
Popliteal lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels
