Can’t see, can’t pee, can’t climb a tree

  • Conjunctivitis.
  • Non-gonococcal urethritis.
  • Asymmetrical oligoarthritis.
    • Oligoarthritis = 2-4 joints affected during the first six months of the disease.

  • Nearly half of the time gout occurs without hyperuricemia and most people with raised uric acid levels never develop gout.
