Treatment anaplastic thyroid cancer?

A

Palliative/symptomatic
-adjuvant or primary palliative therapy with CRT/external beam radiation is frequently employed
Doxorubicin, Cysiplatin
Surgery is not useful as tumour spreads quickly
may need tracheostomy if distant mets
