- Do not give to kidney or liver failure patients
- Antidote: Acetylcysteine
- Overdose Signs: weak pulse with cold clammy skin

- Should be taken with food, can cause GI ulcer/bleeding

- Stop 1 week before surgery
- Can cause OTOTOXICITY, PHOTOSENSITIVITY
- Taken with food to prevent GI ulcers

- Don’t give to child with flulike symptoms because of Reye’s syndrome
- Stop taking 1 week before surgery
