Wealthy individuals were unhappy about the higher taxes imposed to fund the new deal.

The supreme court declared several New Deal acts unconstitutional leading to a constitutional crisis.

Economic restoration and challenges:
The deal successfully contributed to the recovery of the american economy.
TVA Measures and competition:
Certain measures of the TVA were seen as a threat to free enterprise. By competing with private power companies.
Interference in Business Practices:
Business leaders were unhappy blah blah blah.
Social security act:
Contradicted capitalist beliefs but ultimately strengthened capitalism.
