The First Amendment
Protects freedom of speech, the press, assembly, and the right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The Second Amendment
A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The Third Amendment
The Third Amendment is intended to protect citizens’ rights to the ownership and use of their property without intrusion by the government
The Fourth Amendment
protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government. The Fourth Amendment, however, is not a guarantee against all searches and seizures, but only those that are deemed unreasonable under the law.
The Fifth Ammendment
Guarantees that an individual cannot be compelled by the government to provide incriminating information about herself Miranda Rights
