There was a tax law that staed merchants have to buy stamos to put on all paper goofs.. It increased the cost passed onto colonist. In the colonies the sons of liberty are formed, they then harass stamp agents and boycott (no taxation without representation)
- Boston Massacre
The Boston Massacre was a street fight that occurred on March 5, 1770, between a “patriot” mob, throwing snowballs, stones, and sticks, and a squad of British soldiers. Several colonists were killed
- Boston Tea Party
In december the colonist used british ships to pretend to be native americans and dump 18,000 pounds of tea in the british harbour.

The british fights against the the minute men. Minute men are colonial military that were always ready to fight.

better leadership, foreign aid, knowledge of the land, and motivation.
- Battles of Lexington & Concord
The british arrested agitators and capture weapons. The colonist were stockpiling weapons and gunpowder.
