In 1927 1 car was produced every 10 seconds prices went down so everyone could afford a car.
By late 1920s the car industry was the biggest employer in the USA.
Thousands worked in car factories themselves but tens of thousands more worked in associated industries such as Steel and leather

Businesses were left alone so they didn’t have to pay tax for Businesses and could make lots of money.
How did taxes benefit America ?
Wages increased but taxes stayed low so workers spent more money on America products. Which increased sales and boosted profits
What was Fordney Mccumber tax ?
It made selling and buying goods abroad expensive so people only brought American products boosting American industries.
