- Hypothalamic hyogonadism (↓ GnRH)
- Emotional stress

- Kallman’s syndrome (Anosmia)
- Gonadotrophin deficiency (LH and FSH)
- Hyperprolactinaemia (Galactorrhoea?)
- Tumour (headache, visual disturbances?)
- Hypothyroidism
