Amendment 12
[Election of President and Vice President]
Electors meet to vote in their own state.
The President and Vice President must be from different states.
Ballots are authenticated and securely sent to U.S. Capital.
Together, the Senate and House count ballots, majority needed to win (270/538) .
Presidential candidate (270) or House chooses top 3. Each state gets 1 vote
A quorum is 2/3 of states(34/50)
Majority of states to win (26/50)
Vice President candidate at least 270 or Senate chooses top 2.
A quorum 2/3, thus 67/100
Majority of senators is necessary to win (51/100)
Amendment 20
Section 3 [Death of President-Elect]
If the President dies, the VP becomes President. If a President is not chosen before term, or failed to qualify, the elected VP shall act as President until a President shall have qualified. If neither qualify, Congress shall declare who will act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.
Section 4 [Election of the President]
The Congress may by law provide for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the House of Representatives may choose a President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them, and for the case of the death of any of the persons from whom the Senate may choose a Vice President whenever the right of choice shall have devolved upon them.
Amendment 22
Section 1 [Tenure of President Limited]
No person shall be elected to the office of President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this Article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this Article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.
Amendment 25
Section 1 [Vice President to Become President]
In case of the removal of the President from office or his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
Section 2 [ Choice of a New Vice President]
Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take the office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both houses of Congress.

Amendment 16
[Authorizing Income Taxes]
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxed on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Amendment 18
Section 1 [National Liquor Prohibition]
After 1 year from the ratification of this article the manufacture, sale, or transportation of intoxication liquors within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the U.S. and all territory subject to the jurisdiction thereof for beverage purposes is hereby prohibited.
Section 2 [Power to Enforce this Article]
The Congress and the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Amendment 21
Section 1 [National Liquor Prohibition Repealed]
The 18th article of amendment to the Constitution of the U.S. is hereby repealed.
Section 2 [Transportation of Liquor into “Dry” States]
The transportation or importation into any State, Territory, or Possession fo the U.S. for delivery or use therein of intoxication liquors, in violation of the laws thereof, is hereby prohibited.
Amendment 27
[Congress Cannot Raise its Own Pay]
No law varying the compensation for the service of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of representatives all have intervened.
Amendment 11
[Restriction of Judicial Power]
The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State.
