21ST AMENDMENT
Repeals prohibition
22ND AMENDMENT
Because of FDR. No person shall be elected to the office of the president more than twice. Serve at least for 1/2 run for 1 term. Serve more than 1/2 run for 2 term.
23RD AMENDMENT
Allows residents of D.C to vote for representatives in the electoral college. No event more than the least populous state. Can have a maximum of 3 votes.
24TH AMENDMENT
The right to vote cant be denied or abridged by the US or states due to failure to pay any poll tax or other tax.
25TH AMENDMENT
President can appoint a replacement VP with consent of congress. VP can get together with cabinet and vote and declare the president temporarily unable to fill office of president. VP temporarily becomes President.
26TH AMENDMENT
1971 Citizens 18 and older can vote. Changed from 21
27TH AMENDMENT
No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.
