(Lame duck period) Changed the date that the president, vice president, and members of Congress start to January, and it says who becomes president if the president cannot start serving immediately

Limits the number of times a person can be elected to the office of President of the United States to two terms

Extends the right to vote in the presidential election to citizens in the District of Columbia by granting the District electors in the Electoral College, as if it were a state

In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President
