10th Amendment: States that the Federal government possesses only those Powers delegated or enumerated to it through the Constitution and that all other powers are reserved to the states or to the people
10th Equivalent: Section 91 of the BNA Act

4th Amendment: Prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requests for warrants
4th Equivalent: Search or seizure: Section 8 (CCRF)

25th Amendment: Addresses succession to the presidency and establishes procedures both for filling a vacancy in the office of the vice president and responding to presidential disabilities
25th Equivalent: Convention Deputy Prime Minister would be appointed prime minister by the governor general until the government votes for another member to be leader

21st Amendment: Repeals the 19th Amendment and makes it a federal offence to transport or import intoxicating Liquors into US states and territories were such prohibited by law
21st Equivalent: Most provincial laws were repealed in the 1920s, Prince Edward Island was the last to give up in 1948

13th Amendment: Abolishes slavery and involuntary servitude except as punishment for a crime
13th Equivalent: Slavery abolition act (1833)

2nd Amendment: Protects the right to keep and bear arms
2nd Equivalent: Criminal Code of Canada 91
Sixteen
16th Amendment: Permits Congress to Levy an income tax without apportioning it among the various States or basing it on the United States Census
16th Equivalent: Income War Tax Act (1917)
Twenty Four
24th Amendment: Prohibits the revocation of voting rights due to the non-payment of a poll tax or any other tax
24th Equivalent: Democratic rights of citizens - Section 3 (CCRF)
Eighteen
18th Amendment: Prohibition on the manufacturing/selling of alcohol in States (repealed on Dec. 5. 1933 by 21st Amendment)
Canadian Equivalent: Canada Temperance Act 1878 - local governments can ban sale of alcohol
