1-Ask the patient to rinse with Hyperol (3-5 %- os solution )
2-inserting Clumsky Gauze strip (clumsky it self is a strong anti-bacterial solution, 4,5 cm iodine gauze strip is pushed into the alveolar socket , it stays there)
3- Daily rcall : so patient most come daily to change it, It takes 2,3 days
until the symptoms finally disappear
