What is the allowable error for a IFR passenger carrying charter with 2 Altimeters?

1 of the 2 altimeters must be within the allowed plus or minus 60 feet margin.
If the 2nd altimeter has an error greater than 75 feet it is unserviceable and the flight may not depart under the IFR
If the 2nd altimeter has an error greater then 60 but less than 75 feet, the aircraft may depart IFR providing another check is conducted at the next opportunity.
If on the 2nd check that altimeter’s error is still greater then 60 feet, it is unserviceable and a passenger carrying charter flight cannot be conducted under the IFR
