Fill with runny mix of GIC luting cement
Fill 3/4 full
Working time 1-2 mins
Squeeze over tooth
Apply pressure with thumbs
Pt to bite hard into dry cw roll
Crown squeezed between contacts
Excess cement wipes with damp cw rolls
If not seated fully, remove with excavator before cement sets
Now bite for a further 2-3 mins on dry cw roll
Excess cement removed
Contacts checked
Occlusion checked
When to extract teeth?
if tooth is not restorable
