Sélections de Grains Nobles, a late harvest style in Alsace that emphasizes botrytis and is picked in ‘tries’. Not obligated to be sweet but in practice always dessert-like.

What is Edelzwicker?
‘Noble Mixture’, usually indicates its own inverse: An inexpensive blended wine. They require neither vintage-dating nor to be a blend.`
