Analysis, evaluation and modification of work and organizations in line with defined criteria of humane work. Basic assumptions are:
- Work and organizations can be organized so that it meets humane criteria and long-term effectiveness criteria at the same time
- If employees have to pay the negative external costs incurred by “efficient” management, long-term effectiveness will suffer because human resources are wasted
