Refractory or peri-arrest anaphylaxis
A
0.1mg 1:10,000 IV (MAX 0.3mg)

Mild allergic reaction symptoms
A
flushing, hives, itching, erythema w/ normal BP and perfusion

Moderate allergic reaction symptoms
A
flushing, hives, itching, erythema w/ normal BP and perfusion
PLUS respiratory or GI symptoms

Severe allergic reaction symptoms
A
flushing, hives, itching, erythema
PLUS respiratory or GI symptoms
PLUS hypotenion or poor perfusion OR isolated hypotension

1/2 dose epi given to:

Pt hx of CAD, MI, stents, CHF, cardiac surgery
Pt take BB or Digoxin
Pt > 50y/o w/ HR>150
