Q

How does the belief in a just god influence christians?

A

Belief in a just God encourages Christians to act more fairly towards others. This is because they believe they have experienced God’s justice and and they want others to experience it as well.
‘Righteousness and and justice are the foundation of your throne’
Christians may also be influenced to lead a christian life following the bible because they believe on judgement day they will be judged fairly on whether they go to heaven or hell therefor they will act in a way that God will fairly decide for them to go to heaven.

A

The belief that god is omnipotent influences Christians to worship him as he is superior and all powerful ‘And God said let there be light’
An all powerful god also influences Christians to pray for help such as curing relatives or loved ones as they believe god has the power to do so ‘With god nothing is impossible’
