The dancers are facing the camera with both knees together and bent. They have their arms stretched leaning on their knees. They then transfer their weight from right to left to right again ending with both hands clasped together on their right shoulder in a sleeping position. Transferring their weight left again they open out their arms to a v shape in front of their bodies and look at the camera before swivelling their feet three steps forward on the beats of the music with their hands behind their ears and arms bent.
