Severity. Specified injury to workers/non workers death, unjustly causing more than 7 days off work

If they happen outside of or in connection with work. The way it was carried out or by any equipment there
What is RIDDOR
Puts duties on employees, self-employed and people in control of work premises to report certain serious workplace accidents, occupational diseases and specific dangerous occurrences
