accomodation may reuiqre inconvenince disrpution or expense but employer needs to accomodate till the point of undue hardship (intolerable financial costs/ disruption to business)
this is a collaboration between employer and employee, so emplyoer and employee and union have the obligation to see this through

- request the accomodation
- xplain the need for accomodation
- allow a reasonable time for a response
- conser any reasonable accomodation proposed (should be reaosnable, i tis okay if not preferred or perfect)
- cooperate with employer
