What is the duty to accomodate

A

reasonable acocmodtion of an indisivusl needs is THE LAW

accomodation may reuiqre inconvenince disrpution or expense but employer needs to accomodate till the point of undue hardship (intolerable financial costs/ disruption to business)

this is a collaboration between employer and employee, so emplyoer and employee and union have the obligation to see this through
