بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِیمِ وَٱلۡعَـٰدِیَـٰتِ ضَبۡحࣰا﴿ ١ ﴾
• Sahih International:
By the racers, panting,
Al-Adiyat, Ayah 1

فَٱلۡمُورِیَـٰتِ قَدۡحࣰا﴿ ٢ ﴾
• Sahih International:
And the producers of sparks [when] striking

فَٱلۡمُغِیرَ ٰتِ صُبۡحࣰا﴿ ٣ ﴾

And the chargers at dawn,

فَأَثَرۡنَ بِهِۦ نَقۡعࣰا﴿ ٤ ﴾

Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust,

Arriving thereby in the center collectively,

إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودࣱ﴿ ٦ ﴾
• Sahih International:
Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful.

وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَ ٰلِكَ لَشَهِیدࣱ﴿ ٧ ﴾
• Sahih International:
And indeed, he is to that a witness.

وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلۡخَیۡرِ لَشَدِیدٌ﴿ ٨ ﴾
• Sahih International:
And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense.

۞ أَفَلَا یَعۡلَمُ إِذَا بُعۡثِرَ مَا فِی ٱلۡقُبُورِ﴿ ٩ ﴾

But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered

وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِی ٱلصُّدُورِ﴿ ١٠ ﴾
• Sahih International:
And that within the breasts is obtained,

إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمۡ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لَّخَبِیرُۢ﴿ ١١ ﴾
• Sahih International:
Indeed, their Lord with them, that Day, is [fully] Acquainted.
