A
pre-renal - hypoperfusion - sepsis, hypoTN, HF, dehydration; drugs
renal - progression of pre-renal with ATN, intrinsic renal disease eg RPGN
post-renal - renal stones

A
50% rise in creatinine in 7d but suspect if oliguria <0.5ml/kg/hr

stop the DAMN drugs Diuretics ACEis + ARBs Metformin NSAIDs

A
AEIOU Acidosis (<7.1) Electrolytes eg refractory hyperkalaemia Intoxications eg salicylates, lithium Overloaded with fluid Uraemic symptoms eg encephalopathy
