Open work items exist
Bill Review/ Bill Pending
indicates there is a bill in queue that must be manually processed by a rep. Bill Pending indicates the bill in queue was manually processed by a rep today.
Payment Review and Payment Pending
Payment Review: there is a payment in queue that must be manually processed by a rep.
Payment Pending: the payment in queue was manually processed by a rep today.
What does payment reversal pending mean?
Indicates a payment reversal was processed today.
Return payment applied
Indicates a returned payment was applied to the account today.
Revised bill request
Indicates a rep has requested a revised bill today.
Unapplied payment present
Indicates there is a payment that has not processed on the account.
REC MO resubmitted in progress
Displays when a recurring payment was resubmitted due to a returned check.
Date of most rent note
Displays the MM/DD/YYYY of the most recent common note entered on the account.
Agt remarks in queue
Indicates a remark from the agent is coming.
Open work items exist
There is a work item that has not been processed. Selecting on the hyperlink will open WLM to show all open work items on the account.
Combine hyperlink
initiates the combine process when one or more policies are being moved from an existing SFPP account to another existing SFPP account. Although typically done within the same region, the Combine does work outside the region as well.
Region to Region/ Split hyperlink
initiates the split process used to move one or more policies from an existing SFPP account to a new SFPP account within the same region or to another region. The current billing account is referred to as the original (losing) account. When the new(gaining) account is established the policy balance(s) are cleared on the existing SFPP account through 320 suspense account by the system.
