  1. Compliance with requirements and standards as
    specified in Part 139;
  2. Conducting regular training and compliance with TSA
    and FAA regulations and standards;
  3. Conducting yearly or semi-annual risk analysis
    programs;
  4. Conducting daily inspection programs;
  5. Conducting an evaluation for qualifying and screening
    new and existing employees for potential safety and
    security issues; and, routinely evaluate and train
    employees for enhanced safety and security related
    performance objectives;
  6. Maintenance of thorough, timely, and accurate
    information sources along with dissemination
    processes;
  7. Obtain “blanket” insurance policy provisions for all
    stakeholders to the airport and require similar insurance
    from those stakeholders that may contract or serve the
    airport; and
  8. Development of environmental policies and follow
    environmental rules and standards from governing
    agencies.
