oxygen requirements unpressurized

A

carry and use oxygen:

above 10,000 ft but below 13,000 ft ASL:
for more that 30 min you are required to carry oxygen for the flight crew and at least 10% of the passengers, exceeding 30 mins all flight crew members are required to be using oxygen for that period

above 13,000 ft ASL:
all people on board are required to be using oxygen at all times. sufficient oxygen must be carried on board to meet the requirements of all passengers on board for the duration of the flight above 13,000
