A
Rash, fever, hematuria
S&S of intrinsic AKI

Investigations of AIN
A
RFT —> increased BUN/Cr
Urinalysis —> eosinophilia, WBC, WBC casts< mild protein urea and microscopic hematuria
Biopsy —> to diff AIN rom ATN, usu not done

Management of AIN
A
Remove of offending agent
Steroids
Treat underlying infection
