A

Given over a significant period, which aims to promote economic development (eg. Sewage systems, water taps). It is sustainable!

Is given from one government to another, only involves 2 countries
+ Receiving aid, trade, help, development of trade links
- Not always recipient country who is better off, donor benefits (eg. Land rovers in Tanzania)

- India, aid to people but money on space
