Why is a lack of water bad?

A

Poor sanitation means bad health. Bacteria, viruses and parasites found in human waste are responsible for the transmission of cholera, typhoid and other infectious diseases that kill millions of people each year. The problem is huge in both urban and rural areas.

A

Milk and babies (goats) can be sold for food and education.
Manure can be used as crop fertiliser.
Goats breed easily so it is sustainable.
Goat milk and meat is a good food source.

Transporting a goat to a new environment could be an issue.
Family has to provide food and shelter for the goat.
Need to be taught how to look after the goat properly.
