The rapid increase in farming and farming technologies. The change from paleolithic diet to cultivated food. More food= more people = more farmers = more food = community and jobs

-increase of food supply -> larger population
-> surplus -> towns of trade
-supporting higher ups who don’t have to
worry about nourishment
-rulers appear, stratification increased
-woman become more subordinate cuz stores take place of roles they’d usu. provide
-towns expand into eachother causes conflict
-farmers provide warriors w/ food for their protection
